Run by Romanelli family for over fifty years, Hotel Flora is an intimate and charming hotel housed in a 17th-century palazzo with a delightful internal garden, situated behind Saint Mark’s Square, in the heart of Venice. Its 40 rooms are each uniquely designed with period furniture, damask tapestry, and Murano glass chandeliers.

Beside the hotel is the Palazzo Contarini Fasan which, according to tradition, was the home of Desdemona, the tragic heroine of Shakespeare’s drama ‘Othello’.
