The menu features traditional Swiss cuisine and selected wines.
Initially run as a beer hall, the restaurant developed from a “neighbourhood pub” into a home-style restaurant with an upscale, traditional culinary offering.
The restaurant is run by Tobias Schaub who started his career at the Hotel Les Trois Rois in Basel.
