Under the stewardship of Ilario Galoppo, also known for the nearby Bistro Damatti, the kitchen is helmed by his mother, Nicoletta Giordano. Together, they present a menu that showcases Italian classics such as calamaretti, gnocchi, and osso buco, all prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The wine list complements the cuisine, featuring a curated selection of Italian vintages.
