La Lorraine Brasserie
An elegant Art Deco brasserie celebrated for its exceptional seafood and fine meats.
A Parisian brasserie icon near Place des Ternes, La Lorraine combines Art Deco elegance, a large sunny terrace, and an American-style bar with a reputation for some of the finest seafood in the city.
Renovated by interior designer Laura Gonzalez, the space exudes warmth and refinement, offering continuous service every day of the week. The menu is centered around the day’s exceptional catch, carefully sourced by chef Ludovic Olmeta from small, passionate producers. Oysters, shellfish, and fresh fish are elevated by master écailler Rabah Guechoud, three-time winner of Meilleur Écailler de France.
Beyond its celebrated seafood, La Lorraine also caters to meat lovers, with dishes like rib of beef, veal fillet, and free-range poultry, all selected with meticulous care. Seasonal ingredients and a focus on exceptional quality create a balance of tradition and contemporary finesse.
La Lorraine is also deeply committed to sustainability. Since 2021, the restaurant has been a signatory of the Ethic Ocean charter, dedicated to the preservation of marine ecosystems.
