Under the direction of Chef Gérard Idoux, whose career includes stints at the Plaza Athénée and aboard the Venice Simplon Orient-Express, the restaurant captures the elegance of Madame Récamier’s famed salon while maintaining a warm, understated atmosphere.
The menu highlights seasonal soufflés prepared with technical precision, from Burgundy snails with herbs and Henri IV with mustard sauce to classic desserts such as Grand Marnier, dark chocolate, and salted caramel. A selection of French bistro dishes – steak au poivre, lamb cutlets, sea bass – complements the soufflé-focused offering.
