Maison Sota
A warm, design-forward restaurant in the 11th arrondissement offering a seamless blend of culinary artistry and warm hospitality
Set on Rue Saint-Hubert, Maison Sota is a one-of-a-kind venue occupying a beautifully restored building with a storied past – from wine storage to coffee machine repairs – now transformed into an elegant yet approachable dining space. Its striking interiors evoke a post-industrial loft, featuring an 8-meter-long communal table crafted from a single piece of wood, century-old tiles, and a fully open kitchen with a wood-fired oven, setting the stage for an immersive culinary experience.
Chef Sota Atsumi, celebrated for his precision and creativity, offers a menu that evolves with the seasons, showcasing meticulously sourced French produce and bold yet harmonious flavor combinations. Highlights have included Mediterranean red tuna with garlic sabayon, grilled white asparagus, and scorpion fish with turnips – dishes that exemplify his finesse and respect for ingredients. An expertly curated wine list, assembled with the same thoughtful care as the décor, completes the experience.
