Cheval Blanc by Peter Knogl is the flagship fine-dining restaurant of Basel’s historic Les Trois Rois hotel and one of Switzerland’s most internationally recognised restaurants. Led by chef Peter Knogl since 2007, the restaurant has held three Michelin stars since 2015 and is regularly ranked among the world’s leading dining destinations.
The cuisine is rooted in French haute cuisine but shaped by Mediterranean and Asian influences, combining classical technique with unexpected flavours and highly precise execution.
