In place of the French gourmet restaurant Le Bourguignon of a decade ago owners Gregory and Suzanne Holzmann have opened a completely refurbished Restaurant Oliv in August 2005.
Modern and cosy, with an uncomplicated and pleasant atmosphere and a cuisine which is counted among the most delicious and healthy.
