Initially run as a beer hall, the restaurant developed from a “neighbourhood pub” into a home-style restaurant with an upscale, traditional culinary offering.

The menu centres on seasonal Swiss and Central European cooking, combining regional classics with market-driven dishes that change throughout the year. With its wood-panelled interiors and quiet dining rooms, the space retains the feel of a classic neighbourhood stübli.
