Ahimè is an easygoing restaurant built around seasonal ingredients and a strongly vegetable-forward philosophy. Rather than structuring the menu into traditional courses, dishes arrive according to the kitchen’s flow, allowing every plate to take center stage.

The approach prioritises respect for raw materials, combining solid technique with contemporary influences. Wine selections lean toward low-intervention producers and small, independent growers. Bread is treated as a standalone course, made with Emilian grains and a sourdough starter over ten years old.
