Since 1957, Da Bertino has been serving traditional Bolognese homemade dishes with fresh, quality products. Founded by Alberto Roda, known as Bertino, the restaurant is renowned for its handmade pasta and a culinary philosophy rooted in authenticity and craftsmanship. Signature dishes range from tortellini in broth and tagliatelle al ragù to the iconic boiled meats served from a traditional trolley. Today, Bertino’s children, Stefano and Claudia, carry forward this culinary legacy with the same dedication.
