I Caracci

I Carracci is a refined fine dining restaurant set inside the historic Grand Hotel Majestic già Baglioni. The dining room has a striking vaulted ceiling entirely frescoed by the school of the Carracci brother, one of the highest expressions of 16th-century Bolognese painting. The setting feels almost museum-like, lending a sense of ceremony to the dining experience.

Executive Chef Agostino Schettino leads a contemporary Italian kitchen rooted in tradition, drawing inspiration from across the country while paying elegant tribute to local flavours. The result is polished, modern cooking framed by one of the city’s most striking historic interiors.
