Ling’s Ravioleria Migrante is built around ideas of multiculturalism, sustainability, and pride for origin. The kitchen prioritises seasonal, often organic ingredients, many sourced directly from nearby producers, with a clear focus on quality at accessible prices.
At the center of the menu are handmade ravioli, prepared following a traditional Chinese recipe adapted by chef Ling using local raw materials, then cooked gyoza-style. Beyond dumplings, the offering expands to so-called “migrant” dishes inspired by Asian, Mediterranean, French, and Italian traditions, with Emilia-Romagna as a constant reference point. The result is a personal, ingredient-driven approach that blends global influences with a strong sense of place.
