Founded in 2016 by chef Daniele Bendanti, Oltre. blends Emilian tradition with global influences shaped by the chef’s travels, always grounded in local ingredients. Located in the lively Mercato delle Erbe district, the entrance, covered in hundreds of stickers, feels like a record shop, opening into a contemporary, informal space.
Dining happens at tables, the bar counter, or even an original surfboard just inside the door. The kitchen stays rooted in regional flavours while confidently exploring elsewhere, with standout dishes like the ramen bolognese, tagliolini in mushroom broth with Parmigiano, balsamic-marinated quail egg, and spinach. Cocktails round out the offering, making Oltre. equally suited for dinner or an evening drink.
