The chef has prepared an attractive menu mainly based on seasonal products or ingredients. The meals such as soups, meat meals, fish, pasta, risotto, are prepared on a daily basis and made from fresh ingredients currently available on the market. Carnevalle is, first and foremost, a celebration of meat in all its forms – stewed, boiled, barbecued, and roasted, but, mainly, grilled. The highest quality meat is grilled every day to meet your preferences. Quality grilled meat is not complete without a fresh sauce of your choice.

The interior design of our restaurant also features a Meat Bar where you can drop in between meals and have a great meat appetiser or a glass of domestic or international wine. The glass-topped terrace connected to the bar provides a perfect setting for a pleasant dinner or business lunch, and offers magnificent views of the central part of Hviezdoslavovo square.
