Baron Doha is the sister restaurant to the well-known Beirut original, set in a striking pastel-pink building in the redeveloped Mina District near the Old Port. The spacious interior pairs exposed pipework with an open kitchen, giving the room a contemporary, energetic feel where cooking is part of the experience.

The menu is described as Mediterranean fusion, drawing from Greek seaside tavernas, Lebanese market kitchens, and the broader Levant, with subtle North African and Asian influences. Dishes are generous and designed for sharing, such as capellini with crab and shrimp toum, reflecting a style that is convivial, flavour-driven, and rooted in regional traditions while remaining comfortably modern.
