Hidden in the cellars of Ciasa Salares,  Cocun cellar (cocun meaning “cork” in Ladin) is an intimate restaurant where guests, surrounded by over 24,000 bottles and 1,900 labels, dine in a remarkable setting where wine culture takes center stage.

Chef Paul Halmagean creates a globally inspired menu that combines top-quality ingredients with minimal ornamentation, often cooked over the grill.
