Il Capriolino

Set along the route leading to Cortina d’Ampezzo and Austria, Il Capriolino is the restaurant of the Locanda Al Capriolo, a former 19th-century postal station that has been run by the Gregori family since 1850. The dining rooms preserve their original charm, with antique woods, period furnishings, and a warm atmosphere that reflects the inn’s long history.

Overlooking the Ladin village of Vodo and framed by the Pelmo and Antelao peaks, the restaurant offers a refined yet deeply local culinary experience. The menu draws on the high-quality products of the Dolomite valleys to reinterpret traditional dishes with elegance and personality.
