Locanda San Martino

Active since 1952, Locanda San Martino is a family-run institution now in the hands of the third generation, with Giulia and Alice Pedol working alongside sommelier Alberto Zoppè and chef Paolo Speranzon. The restaurant remains deeply tied to Alpago’s culinary heritage, honouring timeless dishes such as Alpago lamb and tagliatelle with venison ragù.

Alongside these classics, the kitchen explores seasonal ingredients and contemporary recipes to appeal to curious palates, offering a balanced mix of tradition and innovation.
