Very few covers, among beautifully repurposed old timber, while a large window offers views of the spectacular Ampezzo Dolomites. Chef-owner Riccardo Gaspari draws heavily from his own productions and the local area; delicacies where mountain memories and traditions are refreshed with modern touches, such as the final, sweet part of the meal. In addition to the excellent wine selection, there are also interesting pairings with non-alcoholic drinks.
For Riccardo Gaspari the secret to his recipes is that ingredients are created first, and then the dish is composed. This bond holds the different aspects of his life together and allows him to comunicate through food his deep connections with the mountains he calls home.
