Käserei

Käserei is set in the former stable of a traditional Engadine house, today transformed into a welcoming rustic-modern restaurant entirely dedicated to cheese and Alpine tradition.

Guests can choose from a wide selection of cheese fondue variations – from classic to saffron, truffle or herb fondue – alongside raclette, capuns, “gschwellti” potatoes with cheese and fondue chinoise. A unique highlight is the opportunity to enjoy your meal while watching cheese being made in one of the world’s most beautiful show dairies. Guests may even take part by stirring the cheese and learning insider tips directly from the cheesemaker.
