At the charming Schlosshotel Chastè, the Pazeller family welcomes guests with comfortable, stylish rooms and a sophisticated culinary offering. The restaurant brings together two complementary concepts: Ustaria Chastè and Bocca Fina Chastè, each celebrating regional flavours in its own distinctive way.
Ustaria Chastè – “Ustaria” meaning restaurant or tavern in Romansh – focuses on seasonal and regional specialities. Guests are inspired throughout the day with Engadine dishes at lunch, homemade cakes and coffee in the afternoon, and in the evening with innovative regional creations by head chef Andreas Heidenreich, served in a cosy Swiss stone pine ambience.
For an elevated dining experience, Bocca Fina Chastè – “Bocca fina” meaning gourmet in Romansh – offers fine dining at the highest level. Chef Andreas Heidenreich and his team create harmonious menus using fresh, local quality products, with careful attention to sustainability.
