Amphibian

Amphibian is the contemporary restaurant of chef Tasos Mantis, located on the top floors of Onassis Stegi, with panoramic views of the Acropolis and Lycabettus Hill. Built around the concept of “transitional gastronomy,” the restaurant moves between Mediterranean and international influences, offering a seasonal à la carte menu shaped by carefully selected local ingredients.

An open kitchen places the creative process at the heart of the experience, while the rooftop setting, curated wine list, and signature cocktails create a relaxed yet refined atmosphere.
