Pharaoh is a a Michelin Bib Gourmand-awarded wine bar and restaurant where traditional Greek cooking is reinterpreted through fire, simplicity, and exceptional ingredients. Led by chef Manolis Papoutsakis, the kitchen relies exclusively on wood-fired stoves, charcoal grills, and wood-fired ovens. Traditional Greek cuisine is reimagined and delivered in this modern setting with expertise, knowledge, and a deep appreciation for Greek culinary heritage.

The menu changes regularly according to the market and the seasons, complemented by a carefully curated selection of over 400 natural wines. Pharaoh is also a listening bar where the city’s top DJs play eclectic tunes from vinyl on a state-of-the-art stereo system.
