Téchnē

Téchnē is a contemporary restaurant on the island of Hydra, set in a beautifully restored historic building by the sea. Founded by Jason Barios and chef Yannis Michalopoulos, Téchnē takes its name from the ancient Greek word for craftsmanship, reflecting a culinary philosophy built on skill, creativity, and respect for ingredients. The menu reinterprets traditional Greek recipes with Mediterranean influences, using seasonal and sustainably sourced produce from across Greece.
