Umberto Bombana presents contemporary Italian culinary creations in the elegant Alexandra House. 8 e 1/2 e Mezzo Bombana is the only 3-Michelin starred Italian restaurant outside Italy. The restaurant name, selected by executive Chef Umberto Bombana, as a tribute to his favorite Italian film director Federico Fellini’s 1963 autobiographical movie “8 1/2”, is a celebration of both Italian lifestyle and art and an invitation to enjoy and discovery life pleasures.
