Behind Bars

Housed in a series of interlinked former prison cells, Tai Kwun’s Behind Bars is now covered in mirrored walls offering seats either in the cells or outside in the prison courtyard. The drinks’ menu is ideated by JIA Group’s awarded Bar Manager, James Barker. The place suits both evening and afternoon’s audiences, with an artisan coffee programme brought by specialty roasters Redback.
