Tim Ho Wan opened in 2009 thanks to Mak Kwai Pui, a Hong Kong chef formerly of the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel in Hong Kong. It is the Michelin starred restaurant where there are no VIP’s or reservations. The house specialty are dim sum, a typical Cantonese breakfast. These Chinese heart warmers usually come as a parcel of thin rice pastry, often filled with prawn, pork and bamboo sprouts.
