Led by Executive Head Chef Christophe Marleix, the kitchen draws inspiration from all along the French and Italian Mediterranean coastline. The menu combines luxurious ingredients and the humble recipes of the region – sensitively modernised for London 2019. Christophe sources and champions seasonal ingredients from small-scale UK farmers, with fish from day boats in Cornwall and Devon, England’s own Riviera, together with artisanal producers from France and Italy. Our brunch was voted 2nd Best Brunch in London by Vogue.
The Bar is open all day and until late night, a features modern interpretations of classic cocktails, from bellinis to negronis. There’s also a selection of rare and unusual pastis and vermouths, together with fine Armagnac and other digestifs.
