Located on the first floor of The Audley, Mount St. Restaurant combines food and drinks, craftsmanship and culture. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, it offers a menu inspired by the capital’s culinary heritage, reinterpreting traditional London classics. Executive Chef Jamie Shears works closely with farmers, growers and producers across the UK to source the finest seasonal British ingredients. Designed by Studio Laplace, Mount St. Restaurant integrates architecture, art and design, while allowing the site-specific artists’ commissions to take centre stage.
