Sune
Sune is a small restaurant by the Regent's Canal, near Broadway Market, in a building that was once a bike shop. The sommelier Honey Spencer and her husband Charlie Sims, who both worked for Noma, run it together. Wine is at its heart. Most of the bottles in the list are natural wines chosen to be lively and expressive but clean and easy to approach. Burgundy and the Jura sit beside Georgian and Eastern European bottles, and Spencer, a trained sake sommelier, also keeps a sake list.
The menu is a short run of sharing plates that is built on British produce and changes often. Fabien Spagnolo, formerly of Bar Crispin, became head chef in summer 2026, and his cooking leans towards seafood and spice, in dishes such as ox tongue skewers, Vesuvio tomatoes on toast and, on some nights, Dover sole al pil pil.
