This Japanese restaurant is led by chef and founder Mitsuhiro Araki. The Araki is a tiny sushi place in Mayfair with only ten seats and three Michelin stars. Araki doesn’t use imported fish from Japan but celebrates more local ingredients, such as Scottish salmon or tuna from the coast of Spain. The signature dish, by a clear mile, is the tuna sashimi, which is made from 3 different cuts of the fish.
