Kabuki

Opened in 2000, Kabuki is one of the best Japanese restaurant in the Spanish capital and today it boasts a Michelin star.

The menu offers Nigiris with fried egg, butterfish and mini-burger. The chef is Esteban Murata, a cook of Argentine origin who presides over his sushi bar following in the footsteps of his master.
