Cananea

Cananea is the wood-panelled bar of the Posada Viena hotel. The space was taken over by Baja chef Jair Téllez, who revamped both the menu and the drinks programme. The bar kept its original look: a mezzanine with a pool table, a jukebox by the cocktail bar, and dim red lighting throughout. The updated menu features bar snacks and small, Northern-inspired dishes such as quesabirria, Sonoran dried meat and chivichangas, alongside well-balanced classic cocktails including margaritas, whisky sours, gimlets and mezcal spritzes, as well as a selection of natural wines.
