El Minutito

El Minutito is a café and bar drawing inspiration from the conviviality of Italian standing bars, the communal spirit of sharing tapas, and the warm embrace of old-school Mexican cantinas. It serves coffee as well as cocktails and beers, and also quick bites such as pastries, pies, traditional “pan de dulce”, and sandwiches.

Designed by Mexican architect and co-founder of Tezontle studio, Lucas Cantú, the space was envisioned as a sanctuary where locals and travelers could come together to become friends over a shared moment.
