Marea
Founded in 2020 by chef Lula Martín del Campo, Marea is a restaurant centered on seafood, corn, and mezcal, with a clear focus on responsible sourcing. The kitchen works with sustainably caught seafood and fair-trade products, while highlighting maize as a central element of Mexican cuisine.
The menu approaches tradition with a contemporary lens. Standout dishes include camarones mariposa with esquites, pescado zarandeado, slow-cooked pork, brisket tacos, and kampachi collars, alongside a wide range of tacos and antojitos that connect sea and land.
