Sapo Botanero Asiático brings the best of Eastern flavors to Mexico, offering a unique fusion of Asian cuisine in one space. The restaurant was founded by Jesús “Chucho” Campos and Ricardo Ríos, who, inspired by their travels through China, Japan, South Korea, and the Philippines, envisioned a place where the diverse tastes of Asia could be explored without having to commit to a single cuisine.
