Voraz is a “gastro-cantina” where traditional Mexican ingredients and techniques are reimagined with a contemporary touch. Its shareable dishes strike a perfect balance between casual and refined, offering an experience that begins at the bar and extends throughout the space.
At the core of the kitchen are fire, grills, and open flames, infusing the dishes with bold flavors, rich textures, and fresh, innovative combinations. Located in Roma Sur neighbourhood, the restaurant has a unique setting: a historic workshop over 60 years old. The design honours the building’s past by preserving original features, maintaining its brutalist and utilitarian essence while infusing a contemporary, sophisticated ambiance.
