Opened in June 2019 by the culinary duo Luciana Giangrandi and Alex Meyer, both chefs and owners of the place, “Boia De“ is a restaurant that merges American and Italian influences. The menu is complemented by a sophisticated selection of wines, all at low intervention and biodynamic. The interiors too mix different styles, designed by Paula Lemme and her interior firm By Lemme, and enriched by the most disparate objects collected by the two owners during their travels over the years.
