Bice Milano

Founded in 1926, Bice Milano is a historic restaurant in Milan’s Quadrilatero della Moda, long considered a reference point for traditional Italian cuisine in a refined setting. The kitchen draws strongly on Tuscan culinary traditions, reflecting the origins of the restaurant’s founder, while also including a selection of classic Milanese dishes.

Today the kitchen is led by chef Vincenzo Mazzone, whose approach focuses on high-quality ingredients and restrained reinterpretations of classic recipes. House-made pasta plays a central role in the menu, alongside seasonal risotti and other traditional preparations.
