Nebbia
Nebbia is a contemporary bistro near the Navigli canals in Milan, opened by chefs Federico Fiore and Mattia Grilli together with sommelier Marco Marone. The project reflects the city’s “bistronomy” trend, combining a relaxed dining room with a more thoughtful, ingredient-driven approach to cooking. The space is minimalist and informal, with large windows and simple furnishings that keep the focus on the food and the wine list.
The cuisine revisits Italian and often Milanese traditions through a modern lens, drawing on French techniques and seasonal produce. The menu changes frequently and can include dishes built around offal, slow-cooked meats, seafood or vegetables, always with a focus on clear flavours and careful sourcing.
