Osteria Alla Concorrenza

A cozy wine bar in the heart of Porta Venezia, Osteria Alla Concorrenza is a must-visit for wine lovers and food enthusiasts. This intimate and bustling wine bar with a small kitchen was born from the collaboration of renowned chef Diego Rossi (of Trippa), Enricomaria Porta, and Joseph Khattabi. The idea behind Alla Concorrenza was inspired by historic Italian food shops and Venetian bacari—places where you can relax, enjoy small bites, and sip excellent wine. The name itself was discovered by chance when the founders came across an old hardware store with the same moniker, and they decided to adopt it.

The interior design reminds old Milanese taverns, featuring warm wooden elements, deep green walls, and classic woven straw chairs, creating a nostalgic and welcoming atmosphere. Beyond being a wine bar, Alla Concorrenza also serves as a gourmet winery, offering an impressive selection of over 300 wines, carefully chosen with a focus on sustainability and organic agriculture. Guests can also purchase artisanal salumi, cheeses, pickled vegetables, and other high-quality delicacies.
