Trattoria della Gloria

Following the retirement of the previous owners, Carmine and Gloria, Trattoria della Gloria reopened in late September 2023 under the management of Luca, Tommaso and Rocco. The transition marks a new phase for the historic Milanese establishment, which retains its original small-scale setting, limited seating and characteristic counter.

The new management, acting as hosts, chefs and sommeliers, has maintained the venue’s identity while introducing diverse culinary influences to the menu. The food remains focused on a domestic style, complemented by a wine selection that emphasises discovery and guided choices. The establishment continues to operate as a neighbourhood trattoria, balancing its historical roots with the perspective of its new curators.
