Officially recognised as a “Bottega Storica”, Trattoria Masuelli is a historic Milanese restaurant where the Masuelli family has welcomed guests since 1921, delighting them with a blend of Milanese and Piedmontese cuisine.

The crisp white tablecloths, the enveloping light from Venini chandeliers from the 1930s designed by Gio’ Ponti, the original Thonet chairs from the 1920s, and the boiserie walls adorned with photos, international recognition, and dedications from writers and gastronomic icons – each element tells the story of a tradition in constant evolution.

Today, Max Masuelli, a third-generation chef, continues this legacy, combining timeless Milanese recipies with creative reinterpretations.
