Yapa

Yapa is a contemporary restaurant in Milan led by chef Matteo Pancetti, built around a fluid, cross-cultural approach to cooking. The concept moves beyond a single cuisine, combining influences from Mediterranean, Asian and South American traditions into a menu designed for sharing.

The kitchen is playful and hybrid, blending techniques and references from different culinary worlds. Dishes range from ceviche and tiradito to more unexpected combinations always centred on seasonality and produce sourced from small producers.
