Casa Cinquanta
Created by the 50 Kalò group of Ciro Salvo and Alessandro Guglielmini, Casa 50 introduces a new Mediterranean dining concept to Naples. Located between Lungomare Caracciolo and Via Sannazaro, the restaurant occupies the ground floor of an early-20th-century building and blends contemporary design with an elegant yet informal atmosphere, enhanced by a Mediterranean garden of century-old palms and aromatic plants.
The menu is led by chef Giovanni Sorrentino, whose cooking focuses on seasonality, local ingredients and small producers, balancing classic Campanian dishes with contemporary interpretations. Fresh homemade pasta, seafood from local waters, certified meats and garden vegetables form the backbone of the menu, with the Josper charcoal grill as its signature feature, used from appetizers through dessert.
