In the spaces of the Taj Mahal Hotel’s gardens, Varq reinterprets Indian food with modern creations. The restaurants showcases works by artist Anjolie Ela Menon, who deals with traditional Indian themes and modern oil paintings, carvings, antiques and sculptures. This is a beautiful union of cuisine and art in New Delhi.
