Bocum is located within the Vucciria, a market that has always been a crossroads of cultures and influences. To pay homage to the mixture of cultures and realities that make Palermo so polychromatic, Chef Giuseppe Calvaruso offers a fusion cuisine restaurant, inspired by the meetings he had during his career with other countries such as Peru, Bangladesh, Argentina, China and Japan.
