The menu is enriched by the tastes of the sea, harmoniously mixed. It features traditional dishes such as broth, which is cooked according to an old recipe, tortellini in broth, boiled potatoes, the tongue and then the typical Sicilian appetizers, (sarde a beccafico, eggplant rolls, the musso and whatever else the tradition of Palermo offers).
