Stefano Bagnacani aka Stev is Head Sommelier at Buatta Palermo. Following the idea that drinking wine is a poetic and practical gesture together, he plans weekly tasting on demand for English speaking foreigners to introduce them tasting techniques, to recognise vines, varieties and perfumes, telling stories about jazz and wine, and all the experiences that have Bacco’s beverage as its thread and connector. Urban tasting Lessons are based in via dell’Orologio but according to the guests the venue sometimes can be also a table on the harbour or one of the most beautiful old kitchen of a Sicilian Palazzo.
